Our Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning raised a total of £132.54 and our grateful thanks to all those who turned out to support this worthwhile cause. See you again next year ?

We are hosting "The Bridge" an informal, relaxed meeting place for people to discuss topics of the day with input from the bible. It is run by the local churches and is held every second thursday of the month. Tea and coffee is available throughout the evening and there is also free cake. Meetings start at 8.00pm and last for about an hour.

Comic Relief 2009

Following a hugely enjoyable week of fund raising a total of £470 was raised.

Easter 2011

Along with the normal fund raising we do. A little "guess the easter eggs in a jar" competition raised £28 which will be added to our race for life collection.

Well done to anna, ruby, nicky,marilyn and rachel who completed "Race for life" in June this year. A worthwhile cause and thank you to all of you who sponsored them.
